News GMT Chicago and Palatine Facilities Re-certify. August 29, 2006 GMT is pleased to announce that during the week of August 21, 2006, our Chicago and Palatine facilities were re-certified against the ISO/TS16949 technical specification. The Chicago and Palatine facilities obtained their quality goal of zero non-conformances. The Chicago and Palatine facilities successfully transitioned from QS-9000 3rd edition to ISO/TS16949:2002 in September 2004. In August 2005, each location was re-certified. Our continued commitment to this quality standard demonstrates GMTs focus toward customer satisfaction, quality objectives and our quality policy.
